新闻来自今日一位山西祁县某职校学生的爆料，据个人描述长期收该校学生的欺凌，时间长达211天之久。

对于上述新闻的始末，相信大家已经了解。对于校园霸凌事件，大家怎么个态度和看法呢？针对越来越多的校园霸凌事件，我认为学校、老师等有不可推卸的责任。事件的发生，就应该对此事引起重视，避免事态的扩大。被欺凌211天，孩子都被医院鉴定出焦虑和抑郁了，可以想象事态的严重，况且此事对孩子的一生蒙上了阴影。

对于欺凌学生的几位同学，除了学校和老师的教育外，家庭教育也急需被重视。孩子的心理健康需要从小养成，如果家长为了省事、省时间、存在“让学校管孩子”的心理，就大错特错了。老话说得好“小时偷针，长大偷金”，这话就可以看出孩子小时候的行为对长大的影响。

对于教育，我得发表下个人观点：俗话说“十年树木，百年树人”，21世纪最可贵的就是人才。但是怎么成为人才？要成为人才，就得先做好人。学校不只是老师上课、为学生答疑解惑而已，这是一份工作，但也不仅仅只是一份工作，这背后肩负着育人的责任。孩子从小大部分时间都在学校，行为和道德规范基本在学校养成，老师对孩子的心理健康和道德行为起着难以磨灭的责任。

孩子行为和道德规范基本在学校养成，不代表家庭教育对孩子没有影响。有些家长不理解，孩子出事了只管责问学校“我们掏钱把孩子放学校，学校怎么教育成这样”，其实单方面的责怪学校和老师是不对的。家长作为孩子的启蒙老师，存在着榜样的作用，幼小的孩子在难以分辨好坏的情况下，极其容易模仿家长的行为。这时候，家长对孩子起到了榜样的力量。

最后，希望家长、学校、老师等方面更多的关注学生和孩子的成长，避免类似上述新闻的情况再次发生，同时也免得孩子的成长被早早的蒙上阴影。
